Whether you purchase one of our trailer systems, skid systems, soft wash systems, or pressure washers, our goal is to provide equipment you can depend on and customer support you can trust.

Royal PWS 30-Day Workmanship Guarantee

Every Royal PWS-built product includes a 30-Day Limited Workmanship Guarantee.

This warranty covers defects related to assembly and installation performed by Royal Pressure Washing Systems.

Examples include:

  • Plumbing leaks caused by installation
  • Loose fittings installed by Royal PWS
  • Wiring completed by Royal PWS
  • Hose reel installation
  • Mounting plate installation
  • Battery box installation
  • Hardware installed by Royal PWS
  • Assembly-related workmanship defects

If a workmanship issue is discovered within the first 30 days, Royal PWS will repair or replace the defective workmanship at no charge.

Manufacturer Component Warranties

Royal PWS proudly builds our equipment using quality components from trusted manufacturers.

Many major components are covered under their original manufacturer warranties.

These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Honda Engines
  • Predator Engines
  • General Pump
  • Comet Pumps
  • AR North America Pumps
  • CAT Pumps
  • PA Gear Drives
  • Romotech Tanks
  • Carry-On Trailers
  • NorthStar Hose Reels
  • Batteries
  • Other branded components used in our equipment

Manufacturer warranty periods and coverage are determined solely by the individual manufacturer.

Royal PWS will gladly assist customers in locating authorized service centers and help facilitate manufacturer warranty claims whenever possible.

Warranty Service

If you experience a workmanship issue, please contact Royal PWS before any repairs are performed.

Depending on the situation, Royal PWS may:

  • Ship replacement parts directly to you.
  • Assist with troubleshooting by phone, email, or video.
  • Authorize repairs at a qualified local repair facility.
  • Request that the equipment be returned to Royal PWS if necessary.

If a local repair facility is used:

  • Repairs must be approved by Royal PWS before work begins.
  • Royal PWS may supply replacement parts directly to the repair facility.
  • Royal PWS will pay reasonable labor costs for approved workmanship warranty repairs.

Repairs performed without prior authorization may not be covered.

Owner Responsibilities

Proper maintenance is the responsibility of the equipment owner.

Owners should:

  • Change engine oil at recommended intervals.
  • Maintain proper pump oil levels.
  • Winterize equipment when required.
  • Use clean fuel and clean water.
  • Inspect hoses, fittings, and plumbing regularly.
  • Inspect trailer tires, wheels, and lug nuts before towing.
  • Follow all maintenance recommendations provided by the component manufacturers.

Failure to properly maintain equipment may void applicable manufacturer warranties.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Freeze damage
  • Rust or corrosion
  • Chemical damage
  • Abuse or misuse
  • Improper storage
  • Fuel contamination
  • Running equipment without water
  • Running equipment with low engine or pump oil
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Cosmetic damage after delivery
  • Damage caused during transportation after delivery
  • Labor performed without prior authorization
  • Damage caused by accidents or negligence

Our goal is to resolve issues quickly while minimizing downtime. Whenever practical, we will work with you to determine the best solution based on your location and the nature of the issue.

Warranty Registration

Please retain your original sales invoice for warranty purposes.

Every Royal PWS-built product includes a unique model and serial number plate. Your serial number allows us to quickly identify your equipment and provide faster warranty support.
